Sunflower Dinner at The Reserve

This sunflower dinner experience will delight your senses and leaves you with a feeling of magic on the mountain. 

Upon arrival to take in expansive views of the Blue Ridge Mountains as you enjoy a welcome glass of bubbles in the lawn.  We invited you to gather around our communal farm table, set for you to enjoy an evening of community, conversation, and culinary delights. 

Enjoy a four-course, farm-to-table meal inspired by the seasonality and flavors of the summer.

1st Course

Melon Gazpacho with Crispy Prosciutto

2nd Course 

Salad with Peach Vinaigrette (using the peach wine)

3rd Course 

Choice of entree  served with Roasted Farm Veggies and Basmati Rice

• Chicken with Spicy Peach Sauce
• Beef Short Ribs with Peach Whiskey Sauce
• Salmon Cakes with Lemon Sauce

4th Course 

 Peach and Blackberry Cobbler with Scoop of Ice Cream

Sunflower Dinner reservations are available for $99.00 per guest plus tax and gratuity. Each includes four family-style courses paired with Bluemont Vineyard wine.
