Sunflower Festival & Ciders

Join us for our Inaugural Sunflower Festival in partnership with Great Country Farms. To accompany these bright sunny days ahead the taps will be flowin’ with some of our summertime favorites!
Stop by the farm, catch a wagon ride to the flower field and pick your own for $1 a stem or add on a galvanized french bucket with 20 cut your own stems for $19.99 with your advance admission ticket purchase. Then beat the heat with a summertime treat at Henway 
Have you tried our new soft serve cider cones? Both Hard Cider & Fresh Cider are available in frosty form! Enjoy your sweet treat by the pond with summer games like corn hole.
The Bird Bites Kitchen menu features southern cooking fare; smoked meats, biscuits, and mac & cheese. Farm-fresh cider is served by the pint and plenty.
Submit your perfect picture for our Sunflower Festival Photo Contest! Each category winner receives a Farm Club Fan Pass for farm admission for the remainder of the 2022 season. The Grand Prize Winner receives a complimentary 1 weeknight stay for up to 6 guests in our Blue Door Farm Cottage to Experience Bluemont.
Entries may be taken anywhere at Great Country Farms or Henway Hard Cider.
