Harvest Chef’s Table

Join us in celebrating the Harvest season with a four-course farm-to-table dinner!
Ascend the mountain to our tasting room at 951 feet elevation and dine al fresco under the stars on our outdoor patio with beautiful surrounding vineyards. During dinner, enjoy the expansive views of the Loudoun Valley and the Blue Ridge Mountains below.
Upon arrival, sip on a welcome cider to highlight the apple harvest. Then indulge in a four-course dinner crafted with seasonal vegetables and herbs from Great Country Farms.
The 1st Course features farm-fresh tomatoes, basil pesto, burrata cheese, olive oil and balsamic glaze.
The 2nd Course includes a chilled cucumber & avocado soup with dill yogurt and cilantro.
At the 3rd Course, guests will choose from, Summer Gnocchi, Short Rib & Mirepoix or Salmon & Watercress. Dessert rounds out the meal with a Cinnamon Panna Cotta with caramelised apples and a coconut crumble.
Chef Karli will share the inspiration behind each food & wine pairing. Following dinner, we’ll toast to a bountiful harvest season, community, and exceptional wine!
Reservations are available for $99.00 per guest and include four courses paired with Bluemont Vineyard wine.
